Western nations are concerned that one of Russia's nuclear-powered submarines, Belgorod, may be preparing to test its cutting-edge weaponry after it was reported to have disappeared from its Arctic harbor.

Multiple reports claim that a top-of-the-line Russian nuclear-powered submarine, along with its alleged doomsday armament, has vanished from its berth in the Arctic.

Russia's Belgorod submarine, which has been active since July, apparently looked to no longer be operating out of its White Sea base, prompting a warning from NATO to its members.

Russia Deploys World's Largest Submarine

According to Italian media, officials have warned that Russia may intend to test the Poseidon weapons system in Belgorod, a drone with a nuclear bomb that Russia claims Radioactive tsunami, causing potential, according to Fox News.

The K-329 Belgorod submarine, which only joined the Russian navy's active roster in July 2022, was allegedly planning to travel to the Kara Sea to test the dreaded Poseidon underwater nuclear drone.

A nuclear tsunami intended to drown and irradiate coastal communities is supposed to be capable of being set off by Poseidon, who is said to be able to travel great distances underwater before exploding with enough force to accomplish so. Long used as a nuclear weapons testing ground, the Kara Sea is sizable, under Russian sovereignty island in the Arctic. It is located off Novaya Zemlya's eastern shore.

It was the scene of the greatest nuclear explosion ever observed in 1961 when the USSR destroyed the Tsar Bomba, a nuclear weapon lowered from its original design because it was deemed too risky to test. Its force was 10 times greater than all of the weapons used in World War II, as per Daily Mail.

Poseidon is a brand-new class of weapons. Both in Russia and the West, it will change naval planning and result in new demands and counter weapons. Poseidon torpedoes are still in the development phase and won't be operational for at least the next few years, according to Hans Christensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists.

After making several subliminal threats to deploy nuclear weapons in the conflict, which has been going more badly for Moscow's battered soldiers, President Vladimir Putin has now released the footage of the nuclear convoy and provided information on the activities of the Belgorod submarine.

Us Warns Russia of Repercussions

In response to Putin's comments, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned Russia of catastrophic repercussions if it used its nuclear arsenal.

At a ceremony announcing the annexation of four areas of Ukraine, Putin made a belligerent speech in which he accused the US of setting a precedent for the use of nuclear weapons when it struck Japan during World War II, according to New York Post. Following Putin's insane remark last week, NATO has already released a terrifying nuclear war warning.

The head of the Western military alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, claimed that Putin's decision to annex four regions of Ukraine into Russia had pushed the world one step closer to nuclear Armageddon.

Putin's nuclear threats, according to US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, may not be a bluff. There are no checks on Putin. Just as he made the reckless decision to invade Ukraine, you know, he may make another decision, he said in an interview. Austin remarked that it is impossible to forecast what would happen in the Ukraine war next.

David Petraeus, a former CIA director, and four-star retired army general, asserted that if Putin deploys nuclear weapons in the nation, the US and its allies would annihilate Russia's military forces. Petraeus said it might be interpreted as an attack on a NATO member if radiation ended up in NATO nations, as per The Sun.
