Reality TV star and Skinnygirl mogul Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy filed for divorce in January. At the time of the split, Frankel released a statement in which she said she thought her and Hoppy would be able to "amicably co-parent" their daughter Bryn, who turns three next month.

Now Frankel feels different about the situation telling People Magazine "I really did think it would be amicable. I absolutely did," she said. "I wrote that entire statement myself. And every single word, I believed to be true."

When the couple first filed for divorce there were details of the split the two could not agree on. Both wanted full custody of their daughter and both were seeking child support along with money for other expenses such as insurance. Frankel and Hoppy both were also asking for exclusive rights to their marital residence.

According to Radar Online, Hoppy is bewildered by Frankel's statement to People Magazine. A source told Radar Online that Hoppy only filed for sole custody of their daughter after Frankel did because he did not want to be "railroaded out of his daughter's life."

He has since had a change of heart and is willing to do a joint-custody with Frankel but according to the source who spoke with Radar Online, Frankel won't budge.

The couple is not due back in divorce court for another couple of weeks.

Frankel and Hoppy's relationship and marriage was chronicled on two reality shows "Bethenny Getting Married?" and "Bethenny Ever After". This is the second divorce for the reality star who was married to long-time friend Peter Sussman. Their marriage lasted eight months.
