Gomez reportedly visited Pop Physique Dance Studio in Los Angeles to consult on some exercises she could do to "improve her sex life." An insider claimed the singer wanted a "dance body" for her upcoming tour. According to the source, the combination of exercises she chose will not only give her a well-toned body, but will also give her a more heated sex life.
"[It] blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and light weight work into a methodical series of strengthening isometrics, core shaping and luxuriating stretches," the insider said. "Promising dancers a popular physique, increased core strength, and a much hotter sex life."
