The Los Angeles Lakers have a great start at the opening of NBA regular season. Last month, they are at the upper half of the Western Conference but recent stumbles relegated them nearly at the bottom of the standings. Now, rumors are spreading that the Lakers is said to be interested in acquiring John Wall from the Washington Wizards.

Wall, who've been linked to numerous trade rumors the past few months, find himself again on a new rumored deal. Wall is said to be losing patience with the current situation of the Wizards who is currently at the 11th spot of Eastern Conference standings. Rumors are rumbling that if the team continues to struggle, he may ask to be out of the team.

Same goes to the Lakers who lost their eight straight games against the Brooklyn Nets last Wednesday. With this setback, many are saying that they need to reboot and needs to have an experienced player that could lead the team. And now, reports are saying that a possible trade deal might work for the Wizards and Lakers.

According to The Inquisitr, a rumored deal was being recommended to the Wizards and Lakers and been the hot topic of online news. Trade scenario is saying that John Wall will be heading West and join the Los Angeles Lakers while the Washington Wizards will welcome Jordan Clarkson and Lou Williams plus two future first-round draft picks.

Though the trade seems to be plausible to both teams, it will also bring complications to them as per stated in the report. Having Wall might attract DeMarcus Cousin to join the Lakers but it will give problem in their rotation. Surely, Wall will be the starting point guard for the team while demoting D'Angelo Russell as a backup which will complicate things for the Lakers.

The report also says that the trade doesn't make sense to the Wizards also. Having Clarkson could somehow fill in the starting point guard to them but he is a big downgrade from Wall. As for Williams, he will also fight for playing minutes against Bradley Beal and might find himself as a backup.

Aside from that, Lakers Nation also revealed that Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak is not in a hurry to make a trade during the season but he will listen to offers and evaluate it if it is a viable option for them.

With this notion, the rumored deal between the Los Angeles Lakers and Washington Wizards might not happen for now but we can still hear rumors to John Wall and the Wizards as the February trade deadline is fast approaching.
