The upcoming fall update for Battlefield 1 has been officially confirmed and released. Players should be expecting some major gameplay improvements, which will come in the form of gameplay balancing, squad improvements, map enhancement and fixing bugs and problematic glitches. 

Main highlights 

The new update for Battlefield 1 will include numerous changes to the general gameplay of the game. The major update will be including improvements to gameplay mechanics, UI, maps, and fixing glitches as well as annoying bugs.

It will also be featuring improvements to gameplay modes such as Operations and Grand Operations. The Suez conquest map will also be getting an overhaul which will improve flag capturing and recapture.

Boost for Attackers

Also expect attackers to become boosted in the new update. The effectiveness of the attacking team will be increased a lot more. It will also be easier to gain tickets for both Operations and Grand Operations. In addition, the developers have also stated that they have already increased the minimum tickets regained in Grand Operations from 30 to 50.

Additionally, the patch will also be implementing an increased amount of tickets regained when killing retreating defenders. This will allow an improved and faster-paced multiplayer matches. Moreover, the offensive team will be able to stand a chance in capturing the next sector even while having very few tickets left.

Bad Squad Leaders Removed

The new update will also be making the core gameplay elements of squads a lot more dynamic and fluid. In a recent article, it has been said that the new system is set to remove bad squad leaders. This should improve overall gameplay and pace within the game. A squad leader will be given 60 seconds to issue an order once a request by a squad member requests for it.
