Kate Hudson Stuns in Red, Low-Cut Gown at amfAR Gala

Kate Hudson stunned at the American Foundation for AIDS Research's (amfAR) third annual benefit gala Thursday night.

Hudson made a grand entrance at the event with a bold red gown showing plenty of cleavage and kept her accessories at minimum. She carried a clutch bag and wore a simple gold horn necklace.

Hudson gave birth to her son Bingham, with fiancé Matthew Bellamy not more than a year ago. She also has a son, Ryder, with ex-husband, Black Crowes front man Chris Robinson.

"I shot 'Almost Famous' at 20, and I got married at 21. I had Ryder at 24 so, you know, a lot happened in my 20s," Hudson told Harper's Bazar. "I was working a lot, and there were times that were extremely tumultuous. So 30 kind of felt like 'Oh, OK.' I had a different kind of confidence. We'll do it eventually, but I want it to be right. I don't want to just do it, you know what I mean?"

While Hudson spoke about fiancé Bellamy she admitted that she googled him right after seeing him for the first time at a concert.

"Even after two months of dating, I would still tell him, 'I look at the footage of you playing, but getting to know you, I can't connect the dots,'" she said.

She also talked about Ballamy's talent and his abilities. She said with a smile that he is a very lovely, sweet and a simple person.

"You know how people say that when you meet somebody you love, you feel at home?" she said.

Katy Perry also rocked the show with her floral gown and performed at the event. Other Celebs like Kristen Davis and Sarah Jessica Parker, stars from "Sex & The City," supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio and host of the show Chelsea Handler were seen at the event.

Parker wore a Chanel jumpsuit and jacket, Manolo Blahnik shoes, Fred Leighton jewels, and a Fendi bag. Perry simply wore a Naeem Khan dress and Martin Katz jewelry.
