Bobbi Kristina Brown's singer-father Bobby Brown did not turn up for a book signing event in Boston, fuelling speculation he is being targeted.

Deaths of Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown's former wife, and that of their daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, are considered murders by many and shrouded in mystery. Both women were found dead in eerily similar conditions, in their bathtubs, with drug overdose being blamed. The Brown family has alleged Nick Gordon's involvement in the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, while they have also claimed Gordon may have done nothing to protect Whitney Houston when she was dying.

When Bobby Brown said he cannot attend the book signing, his sister Leolah claimed what she had warned Bobby against had come true.

"I just spoke with my brother Bobby when he was here with me the other day. I told him I needed to talk to him about something that was in my spirit," Leolah said in a Facebook Post. "He asked what? I told him that I felt that someone close to him may try to poison him so to be very careful who he allowed to pass him food or drink! He said, OK!"

"Now, all the sudden he cancels his book signing "today" because of "severe food poisoning!!!" she added.

Bobby Brown had suffered severe food poisoning, his publisher said in a tweet, inviting a flurry of prayers from fans and well-wishers. No mention was made of any foul play. Leolah however is convinced somebody out there wants to hurt her brother.

"Let me tell YOU, whoever YOU are!!!! If ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY BROTHER, YOUR LIFE WILL NOT BE THE SAME!!! TRUST ME!!! THAT'S ALL I AM GOING TO SAY!!!!! I WILL INDEED FIND YOU AND DEAL WITH YOU ACCORDINGLY..." she said in her post.
