Kim Kardashian has a lot of haters, but Ariel Winter and Emily Ratajkowski have her back. Ratajkowski and Winter both came to Kardashian's defense when she was publicly ridiculed for posting a scandalous nude picture of herself to her Instagram account. To thank those who defended her and the picture, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star sent beautiful bouquets of white roses with thank you notes in them.
Earlier this month, Kardashian took to her Instagram account to post not one, but two pictures of her posing nude. After she posted the pictures, a handful of celebrities, including Pink, Chloë Grace Moretz and Bette Midler, criticized the mother of two for posting the pictures on social media. Two that did not were Ratajkowski and Winter. At the time of Kardashian's post, Winters took to Twitter to share her opinion on the matter.
"Do what makes you happy. Do what makes you feel strong. If it doesn't harm others, there's nothing wrong with it," she tweeted along with a photo that read: "Modesty empowers some. Different things empower different women and it is not your place to tell her which one it is."
Ratajkowski also took to social media to defend Kardashian, but took more of a literal approach in defending Kardashian and posted a nude picture herself. Ratajkowski also tweeted that she was proud of Kardashian for defending herself.
"Also love that when a woman stands up for herself everyone thinks it must be her dude speaking for her," Ratajkowski wrote.
To show her gratitude towards Ratajkowski and Winter, the businesswoman sent them both flowers with personalized notes.
Kardashian's note to Winter read: "I wanted you to know I saw your tweets last week and I really appreciate your support. Women supporting other women is so powerful" while Ratajkowski's said: "Hey I wanted to thank you so much for your support last week. I saw your tweets and just think it's so powerful when women support other women! So thank you!"
Both Ratajkowski and Winter expressed gratitude towards Kardashian and posted pictures of their flowers to social media. Winter's thank you to Kardashian echoed her statement that "Women supporting other women is so powerful" while Ratajkowski included a quote from 18th century anarchist and feminist activist Emma Goldman.
