James Jagger is officially off the market. The actor and son of the legendary rock star Mick Jagger wed his longtime love, Anoushka Sharma, in a top-secret, super private ceremony last fall, People reported. The 30-year-old star of HBO's newest series "Vinyl" had a low-key wedding on top of a hill in the Catskills, an upstate New York region known for its mountain views located west of the Hudson River.

The ceremony took place in September 2015 and was so discreet, James' famous Rolling Stones father and his mother, Jerry Hall, did not attend, according to People. It's speculated that James asked them not to attend in order to maintain the couple's privacy.

James met Sharma at a shop in London seven years ago, according to the Daily Mail. Sharma is an aspiring artist from Birmingham, and the couple lives together in Austin, Texas, where they reportedly enjoy the alternative culture. Sharma has also been a major source of support for Jagger and his budding acting career.

His newest gig is portraying rocker Kip Stevens in Mick's newest project, a collaboration with revered filmmaker Martin Scorsese on the new HBO TV series "Vinyl," which is based on the music scene and record industry in New York City during the 1970s, according to Billboard. Mick cast his son as Stevens after he realized James would be perfect for the role.

"When I saw the role was being created, I thought, 'Well, wait a minute. They're looking for a guy who likes this kind of music, can play it and can act as well,'" Mick told Billboard last month. "He loves that kind of music - that kind of screaming racket. Not that I've got any objections to it, but I mean, he's really into that. So I thought I'd put James into the mix. I'm very pleased with him."
