Amanda Bynes’ Credit Card Declined Twice at NYC Salon; Takes Off Running

A general manager at NYC's Blow hair salon said Amanda Bynes' credit card was declined twice and the actress left without paying the bill, according to the HollywoodLife.com.

The manager told an entertainment news reporter that the "Hairspray" actress fled the scene March 28 after learning her credit card was declined twice. According to the report, Bynes had gone to the Blow hair salon to get a haircut.

According to HollywoodLife.com, Bynes had reportedly spent 15 minutes in the bathroom before the haircut and later refused to remove her sunglasses during her hair wash. The management at the salon had to work around her sunglasses the entire time.

"She had bad extensions and we were working around her sunglasses and extensions. We gave her a great blowout," the manager said. "We ran her credit card twice and it was declined. She was also trying to buy some hairspray too. Then she bolted on us, and took the hairspray with her!"

The manager said Bynes returned to the salon two days later but couldn't get an appointment as they were overbooked. He said he was surprised to see "pictures of her walking around Times Square and she was carrying our Blow Pro bag!"

Bynes has been in the headlines for all the wrong easons. Earlier this week, Bynes expressed her anger with the media for using wrong pictures for fake stories.

She claimed that she had an "eating disorder so I have a hard time staying thin." She also confirmed through her twitter account that she will be "suing certain blogs and magazines saying I have a mental illness! They take pictures anytime I've gained weight then write a fake story!"

The actress also said in one tweet that she doesn't bother to read the fake stories about herself in the media.

"I don't read articles written about me unless I give an interview for a magazine. They're fake! Don't trust what u read on sites!" tweeted Bynes, along with requesting the media to take pictures only from her twitter account when writing an article about her.
