The AFP photographers Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles were not hurt during the shooting. When questioned, the couple said no one heard gunshots and that it was a lie, according to USA Today. In 2009 shortly after the incident, Brady told Peter King in an interview for Sports Illustrated it was all "absolute total B.S.," according to USA Today.
"We found two guys on our property, and we told them to get out," Brady said in the interview. "Our security guys didn't even have guns. There were no shots fired."
The defendants did not testify during the hearing and no news have been released about filing an appeal, USA Today reported. During the trial the two photographers claimed the guards opened fire on their fleeing vehicle, according to The Daily News.
"The bullet went between us, missing our heads. If the bullet been a little more to the left or right, it would have killed one of us,' Aviles told London's Daily Mail. "I could have lost my life for the sale of some pictures that Gisele didn't want published. Are they insane?"
