Castle Season 6 Spoilers: Nathan Fillion Outlines His Ideal Wedding for Caskett; Will They Ever Get Married?

Since the beginning of this season fans have been anticipating a few marriages

Amber and Ryan on “Parenthood”, Booth and Brennan on “Bones”, and Beckett and Castle on “Castle.”

Booth and Brennan already tied the knot. While things look tough for Amber and Ryan, they still might get married.

As for Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic)—things don’t look so good.

According to TVLine.com, executive producer Andrew Marlowe has not actually said the two will get married by the end of Season 6..

However, Nathan Fillion, discussed his hope for the impending nuptials.

“I am, myself, not a huge fan of the big church wedding with everybody in stuffy suits,” Fillion told TVLine’s Matt Mitovich. “I’m a fan of the beach wedding, with everybody in linen. And if it meant an episode [filmed] in a tropical location, then that would be great, too.”

While we don’t know if Beckett and Castle will get married, we do know they will run into problems. One of those problems will be named Alexis, played by Molly Quinn.

Quinn recently told EOnline she wasn’t sure if Beckett and Castle would make it down the aisle. She added that her character could be the reason that doesn’t happen.

In the last episode Joshua Gomez’s character from the future told Beckett and Castle what they can expect in their relationship down the line. If he was right, “Caskett” will have three kids and Beckett will become a senator.

Let’s hope the time traveler was right.

“Castle” airs Mondays at 10/9c on ABC.
