The Oregon Ducks travel to Stanford Stadium to face the Stanford Cardinals in a crucial Pac-12 matchup. The Cardinals are undefeated in conference play and currently sit at the top spot in the North division of the Pac-12. Oregon has won three straight conference games and is looking for a signature win over Stanford Saturday night.

Cardinals head coach David Shaw will give running back Christian McCaffrey plenty of touches Saturday night, as he lead college football in all purpose yards. McCaffrey is a Heisman hopeful and leads the team in rushing with 1,207 yards. The sophomore running back is also the Cardinals' second leading receiver with 325 receiving yards and has a combined eight touchdowns on the season.

McCaffrey will look to take pressure off quarterback Kevin Hogan, who has played huge his senior season. Hogan is a dual threat at quarterback, as he has thrown over 1,800 yards this season and has rushed for 226 yards on the ground. The Cardinals senior quarterback is responsible for 19 touchdowns for Stanford's offense and will need to have a big game Saturday night.

Oregon head coach Mark Helfrich will try to establish his offense early, as he knows how stingy the Cardinals defense can be. Helfrich will look to transfer quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. to step up Saturday, and the Ducks will likely need a big performance from him to pull out a win on the road.

Adams has thrown for 1,468 passing yards this season and has 14 touchdowns to five interceptions. The Ducks quarterback is coming off back-to-back 300 plus yard throwing games and will look to find holes in the Cardinals defense. Running back Royce Freeman will likely be involved early in this game, as he is coming off a big game against California. The sophomore running back had a 180 yards rushing last week and has rushed over 100 yards in all but two games this season.

Both coaches know what's at stake Saturday night, as this could have a huge impact on the North division of the Pac-12. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. Eastern time, and you can watch the live broadcast here. To listen to the Cardinals' radio broadcast, click here, and for the Ducks' radio broadcast, go here.
