"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards has accepted a plea deal from her drunken arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel on April 16.

Richards did not appear in court herself but escaped a possible two and a half year jail sentence. She was offered 3 years probation, 52 AA classes, 30 days community labor and she was ordered to keep away from the Beverly Hills Hotel.

In May Richards was charged with battery on a police officer, public intoxication and resisting arrest after barricading herself inside a bathroom at the iconic hotel, Gossip Cop reported. The former child actor was forcibly removed from the Beverly Hills Hotel and later kicked a police officer while being booked at the police station.

Richards' attorney accepted the deal on the condition that she got community service instead of labor, reported the Daily Mail. The former reality star alleged that she was incapable of the community labor because she injured her foot. Richards needed medical documents to back up her claim and was given until Sept. 14 to back up her claim.

The incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel was just one of Richards recent troubles with the law. She was arrested once again in August for shoplifting at a Target in Los Angeles. She was formally charged with one count of petty theft, reported Entertainment Tonight.

Her plea deal did not pertain to the Target arrest.
