Ed Sheeran helped his musician friend pull of a super romantic proposal onstage at one of his concerts and had the entire crowd swooning over more than just his amazing voice.

On Sunday, the 24-year-old singer helped his friend Jake Roche, of British pop band Rixton, propose to his girlfriend Jesy Nelson, who's the lead singer of the English girl group Little Mix, according to People. While performing one of his big hits, Sheeran invited the two on stage to help the whole thing happen in front of thousands of fans.

Roche posted the adorable photo of himself down on one knee with Sheeran smiling in the background. "A year ago today I met her at Manchester arena," he wrote. "So it was only right, with a little help from my friend, that this happened. Best day of my life."

Nelson also posted the same picture to the Little Mix official Instagram, writing, "I cannot believe what has just happened! The most surreal moment of my life and everyone that I love most was there to share it with us. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world rite now literally cannot stop crying. Future Mrs. Roche." The band itself then wrote their own caption for the photo: "It is beautiful to see two people so in love! What a gorgeous couple! I wish you both nothing but happiness #Congratulations @jesymix14 @jake_rixton oh and well done @teddysphotos you were magical!"

Roshe later tweeted at Sheeran saying, "Travelled 5 hours to sing our favorite song on his day off. I will never be able to repay you. Love you pal." To which Sheeran responded, "My Absolute pleasure. Thanks for the KFC."

The happy couple wasted no time sharing the news of their engagement with their loved ones and headed straight from the Key 103 Summer Live concert where it all went down to Roche's mom Coleen Nolan's house, according to Daily Mail. They were joined by her band members, family and friends while they drank beers to celebrate. Roche even brought out a Domino's Pizza for the fans who were waiting to see the newly engaged couple.
