Conan O'Brien brought his late night show to San Diego, "Mad Max: Fury Road" style, on Wednesday in honor of Comic-Con. The show was the first of three that will be filmed in the city to honor the four-day long convention.

With sidekick Andy Richter in tow, Conan traveled down interstate 5 in style  as the pair dressed as characters from the movie, "Mad Max: Fury Road." Richer dressed as Immortan Joe and O'Brien rode atop a vehicle, shredding on the guitar as Doof Warrior, reported Entertainment Weekly. O'Brien also brought along Jimmy Vivino and the Basic Cable Band as the drum pounding War Boys on their trip to San Diego.

This was the second time the show had shot on location. Conan took his TBS show to Cuba in March. O'Brien took advantage of President Obama's efforts to normalize relations with Cuba and was the first late-night host to tape in Havana in over 50 years, reported Rolling Stone.
