Actor John Travolta, 59, pleasantly surprised a young Georgia couple after not only dropping by at their wedding but posing for pictures with the bride, groom and wedding party, the Huffington Post reports.

The "Grease" actor was reportedly in Georgia to renew his pilot license when he ran into the couple at a bar. They told him that they were going to be tying-the-knot the next day. To their surprise Travolta showed up at the wedding. He looked happy as he posed for pictures which were posted on Reddit. Many people did point out however, that Travolta was wearing the same exact outfit he had worn the night before at the bar. One person who commented on the Reddit post suggested that Travolta might have dressed down- he was wearing jeans, a black shirt and a black baseball cap- because he did not want all the attention taken away from the bride and groom.

"Good guy Travolta didn't want to outshine the groom," one person commented.

"If he came in a suit, hair trim and proper everyone would be focused on him and how he's actually there," someone else added. "Now it's more 'cool, Travolta's here but in average joe mode."

This is not the first time Travolta has crashed a wedding. In a 2009 interview with USA Today, he said he had crashed a wedding in Santa Barbara back in 1977 with longtime friend Robin Williams.

"We were having fun, starting to relax, when we saw there was a wedding next door," he said. "We figured we'd crash it."

The guests initially thought the two were impersonators but after seeing Travolta dance and Williams joking with the crowd, they realized who they were.

Recently Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson were also spotted crashing a stranger's wedding in Santa Barbara, Calif. According to a guest, Pattinson and Perry were sitting quietly in the back of a courtyard watching the wedding rehearsal.

"It was extra exciting for Tanya and Jon," a close family friend told People magazine. "They were just sitting quietly and talking."
