For all those who are worried about your fat issues----here is some good news. At last, the US may have cut out the flab.

An amazing new report explains that America has at last, for the first time in the last ten years, shown a breakthrough. It reduced obesity in not one, not two, but four U.S. states.

Earlier, while obesity rates seemed to have "stabilised", compared to the steady growth in the last few decades, they were still growing. Apart from Washington D.C. there had been no reports of obesity reducing in the past decade.

This was risky and augured fatal illnesses ranging from diabetes and cancer to cardiac arrest.

However, the obesity rates have declined in four states----Minnesota, Montana, New York and Ohio, according to a new State of Obesity report.

However, though the rates crawled up in Kansas and Kentucky, they seemed better than the 49 percent reporting higher obesity rates in 2005

"According to the most recent data, adult obesity rates now exceed 35 percent in four states, 30 percent in 25 states and are above 20 percent in all states," State of Obesity says in a statement. "Louisiana has the highest adult obesity rate at 36.2 percent and Colorado has the lowest at 20.2 percent. U.S. adult obesity rates decreased in four states (Minnesota, Montana, New York and Ohio), increased in two (Kansas and Kentucky) and remained stable in the rest, between 2014 and 2015. This marks the first time in the past decade that any states have experienced decreases - aside from a decline in Washington, D.C. in 2010."

Due to special efforts to fight obesity, there has been some encouraging news. However, with some more simple efforts, such as cutting out sugar, soda and pork, the flab can be burnt out faster.
