Univision will officially release a collaborative service with T-Mobile's Un-carrier wireless component that caters to Hispanic Americans specifically on Monday. 

According to a press release, the program offers consumers unlimited nationwide talk and text plans for $30 a month. Unlimited nationwide talk, text and web plans with 2.5 gigabytes of high-speed data cost $45 a month.

Univision's president for digital and enterprise development said the technology is a good fit for its target demographic.  

"Univision Mobile's services and features have been created to satisfy the needs of the U.S. Hispanic community," Kevin Conroy said. "We're providing the best value, no annual contract wireless service plans specifically tailored to our audience's needs. This partnership further reinforces our commitment to serve our audience in every way possible and also clearly demonstrates how Univision is the gateway for any brand looking to connect with the influential and fast growing U.S. Hispanic community," Conroy said in a statement.

T-Mobile's chief marketing officer said Univision's mobile service gives Hispanics exactly what they need.    

"Hispanic Americans are among the largest, most important and most influential groups in the US today," Mike Sievert said in a statement. "And they deserve wireless tailored to their interests and needs. Univision Mobile is a completely unique wireless experience built to provide Hispanic Americans with both the content and mobile experience they crave from two brands they know and trust."

Univision Mobile will be available for purchase at 1,800 Walmart stores. Customers can also visit around 6,000 authorized dealers in primarily Hispanic areas to buy the wireless plans.

"As our customers continue to make the switch to no-contract wireless plans, we're excited to provide them with another exceptional service that delivers what they want at a disruptive value," Walmart's vice president of wireless Mehrdad Akbar said in a statement. "With more than 16 million Hispanic customers in our stores each week, we also know staying in touch with friends and loved ones outside the U.S. is very important. Univision Mobile will help them stay connected while providing access to the media content they want."
