The annual White House Correspondents' Association Dinner benefits the efforts of White House correspondents, the First Amendment, the free press, and aspiring young journalists via awards and scholarships, according to WION.

US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill were present at the 2023 WHCD, as anticipated. They were joined at the Washington Hilton by Vice President Kamala Harris and her hubby, second gentleman Douglass Emhoff, as per a report from Us.

Comedian Roy Wood Jr., a correspondent for The Daily Show, hosted the event and delivered punchlines following President Biden's comedy routine.

The 2023 WHCD saw early arrivals, including actress Julia Fox. The 33-year-old model is known for her bold and unusual style choices.
