Samsung, the biggest Smartphone manufacturer is currently on the internet for its most awaited Samsung Galaxy S8 flagships. But, Samsung enthusiasts should also consider the J-Series flagships which the company seems to be developing currently. Samsung J5 (2017) was spotted on Geekbench running on Android 7.0 Nougat OS.

According to the Geekbench website, the Samsung flagship spotted running on Android 7.0 Nougat update has a model number SM-J530FM. The device is considered o be the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) because the Galaxy J5 (2016) carried model no. SM-J520. The website also reveals few of the specifications of that the phone will carry which includes the Samsung's own octa-core processor, Exynos 7870, clocked at 1.59GHz and 2GB of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) was seen with the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow last month on the WiFi Alliance. There are also expectations that the Galaxy J5 (2017) will have more upgraded features and specifications when compared to its previous model.

Also, another Samsung Galaxy J-Series flagship was found a few days back which cleared the FCC. Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) having model numbers SM-J327T and SM-J327U belonging to the T-Mobile carrier and unlocked variant respectively have cleared the Federal Communications Commission certifications.

The Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) was spotted on WiFi Alliance bearing model numbers for Verizon and Sprint carriers. It is assumed that Samsung will also launch the Galaxy J3 (2017) on AT&T prepaid and Cricket Wireless carriers with a different name likely to be Galaxy Express Prime 2.

Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) is reported to be equipped with a 5-inch (720 x 1280) resolution HD display. Also, the device is expected to be powered by a 1.4GHz Snapdragon 425 processor featuring a quad-core 1.4GHz CPU, and the Adreno 308 GPU. Te processor might be coupled with a 1.5GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. The Smartphone might come with the Android 6.0 Operating system pre-installed in it. The device will sport a 5MP rear snapper and 2MP front shooter.
