“Supergirl” had been one of the hero series that is much anticipated. Of which, its lead cast, Kara (Melissa Benoist) and Mon-El’s (Chris Wood) love story hype up fans. Yet, what happens to their love story is what fans ask upon Supergirl discovering Mon-El’s secret.

According to Screener TV, Supergirl had loved Mon-El sincerely for the past eight months. Yet, in a surprising turn of event, Kara joined Mon-El in a travel which led to his grand revelation. Past speculations on “Supergirl” that Mon-El is the Daxamite prince then come to light.

It was shown in “Supergirl” Star-Crossed episode, that Mon-El was welcomed by his parents Teri Hatcher and Kevin Sorbo as Rhea and Lar Gand. It was made clear to fans that Mon El’s mother is evil, but Lar Gand’s role isn’t found clear yet. The Prince of Daxam’s parent’s motives weren’t clear yet. Rest assured, Mon-El’s story isn’t coming to an end yet.

Yet, it was suggested that a dark and bigger event is happening in Daxam that led his parents to fetch Mon-El already. “Supergirl” Episode “Exodus” also revealed how Mon-El isn’t a Daxam guard but a crowned prince instead. On the contrary, it was shown that a guard murdered a Kryptonian to help him escape.

Regarding “The Flash-Supergirl” crossover, it was mentioned by producer Andrew Kreisberg that the musical will help Kara and Barry in their current relationship issues with Mon-el and Iris. "Barry and Kara find themselves at the lowest points in their relationships, and the musical gives them the chance to examine that and decide how they want to go forward," Kreisberg said per Collider.

Kreisberg then confirmed somehow that Mon-El and Supergirl will not split amid conflicts. “We think they’re such a great couple. Whatever is coming down the pike, they’re gonna face it together,” he said.

Fans could stay tuned on “Supergirl” as it airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW. Meanwhile, fans could watch “The Flash-Supergirl” musical crossover Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
