Turkish mobile manufacturer General Mobile launched a new flagship GM5 Android One smartphone with the Google's new OS Android 7.0 Nougat straight from the box. Seems like the availability of Android 7.0 Nougat in the General Mobile GM5 Android One smartphone will help the company boom its sales as the new OS is still being worked by other tech giants.

According to Gadgets NDTV, General Mobile GM5 Android One smartphone is reported to be available in the market in this month. The specifications of the smartphone is listed below:

Design: The General Mobile GM5 Android One Smartphone is designed well with metal edges, and a textured back design. The camera is placed at the centre, and the volume and power buttons seen in most of the devices are housed on the right.

The dual speakers on each side of the USB port at the bottom, and the 3.5mm audio jack is found on the top edge. The dimensions of the smartphone are 140.5×69.75×9.3mm, and weighs up to 160gms.

Display: The General Mobile GM5 Android One Smartphone is featured with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.

Processor: The General Mobile GM5 Android One Smartphone is powered by a 64-bit Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset paired with 2GB RAM. The Quad-core processor has a clock speed of 1.2GHz.

Battery and Storage: The General Mobile GM5 Android One Smartphone has lower mAh battery of 2500mAh and 16GB internal storage.

Camera: The General Mobile GM5 Android One Smartphone is equipped with a 13MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, auto-focus, and 4x digital zoom and a 5MP front camera.

Connectivity: The Connectivity features included in the new General Mobile GM5 Android One Smartphone are 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, FM Radio, and Wi-Fi Direct.

According to North Bridges Times, the General Mobile GM5 Android One Smartphone will only be available in  Azerbaijan, Albania, Afghanistan, Belgium, Bosnia, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Ghana, Greece, Iraq, Kenya, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Pakistan, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, and Uzbekistan with all local language support of respective countries.
