LG starts rolling Android 7.0 Nougat update for its flagship LG G5 in South Korea. LG G5 users are ready to experience the Android 7.0 Nougat update in South Korea.

It is reported that the LG is the first company to roll out Android 7.0 Nougat update for the Android Marshmallow smartphone and LG V20 is the first smartphone to be launched with Android 7.0 Nougat straight from the box. This shows the commitment of LG towards its enthusiasts and users.

According to Gadgets. NDTV, LG announced on Tuesday the Android 7.0 Nougat update for LG G5 smartphone users in the South Korean Tech market. The timeline for the other markets like the US, Europe and other Asian markets is not yet announced, but it is stated that the Android 7.0 Nougat for LG G5 will arrive in weeks to come.

"Most G5 users will receive notifications on their phones when the update is available. More information will become available locally in the weeks ahead," the South Korean company said in an emailed release.

Five best features that will be packed with Android 7.0 Nougat update are:

Multi Window tasking: According to BGR Google has made a good introduction of multi tasking facility in its new version of Android 7.0 Nougat. The users can now open two apps side by side, thus allowing watching Youtube videos simultaneously with Facebook activities or emails with twitter notifications and much more.

This feature will give a real feel for the multi tasking abilities of smart phones. The two apps working simultaneously will divide the screen half by half for easy usage.

Virtual reality: Google made an effort to unify the mobile VR experience, by creating the Daydream hardware and software platform for virtual reality. This made ease for the developers to build one VR app or experience that will work across all Android devices.

Improved security: Security is one of the basic needs in smart phones currently. Keeping data private and secure is very important. New feature in Android 7.0 Nougat update will keep the security risks at high importance.

The basic apps like phone calls, text messages or Alarms are made available without password or pins. The other apps are indeed made secure until and unless password or pins are inserted in.

In Android 7.0 Nougat, the access of apps is made limited based on the user's requirement and denies access to whole external storage or internal storages unnecessarily.

The geo-location API is allowed over secure origins, this policy is designed to secure the information of the users when accessed to unknown internet sources.

Mobile data usage: The biggest concern is the apps running at background and consuming a lot of Mobile data which in turn disappoints the current mobile user generations. Android 7.0 Nougat has a new feature added in it.

The data saving setting blocks, the random background data usages and restricts data consuming on updating emails and Facebook or twitter notifications.

Power Saver: Android Nougat's new "Doze on the Go" feature is a battery power saving feature while the phone is in motion, anytime the display is off and a Project Svelte feature stops apps from waking up each time a device's network connection status changes.
