The Chicago Bulls and Sacramento Kings are two teams that has been in the rumor mills for the past few months. And so their two players, DeMarcus Cousins and Jimmy Butler have been the regulars in the NBA trade rumors during the offseason.

Earlier reports have linked them both to be traded by their respective teams on a direct swap. However, the Kings seems to be not satisfied with the previous deal and wants for some more. And now, with a new deal that involves the Minnesota Timberwolves, could this be what the Kings waited for?

According to NBA Trade Rumors machine, the Bulls, Kings, and Timberwolves are presumed to be in the talks right now regarding a monstrous deal they all want to consider. Trade scenario is suggesting as follows:

1. The Chicago Bulls will acquire DeMarcus Cousins from the Kings and Ricky Rubio from the Timberwolves;

2. The Sacramento Kings will get in return Jimmy Butler and Robin Lopez to the Bulls;

3. Lastly, the Minnesota Timberwolves will obtain Rudy Gay from the Kings and Nikola Mirotic from the Bulls.

Sportsrageous further narrates the advantages that the three teams get on the said blockbuster deal. For the Bulls, having Cousins will give them additional help to protect the rim while Rubio will give a great passer to kick out an assist to an open Dwayne Wade. Cousins will give the Bulls additional threat down low while Rubio will be a great starter or backup to Rajon Rondo.

On the hand, the Kings will acquire a proven All-Star in Butler while Lopez would probably the perfect replacement for Cousins if ever the trade pushes through. Though acquiring both players would be a rebuilding mode for the Kings, it is hard to pass up on a Butler's caliber.

On the Timberwolves side, having Gay in the fold would give them additional firepower on their offense while Mirotic will be an additional depth at the forward spot. Though they will not give an immediate impact to the team but they are proven veteran that the team could depend on.

Will the Chicago Bulls, Sacramento Kings, and Minnesota Timberwolves agree to terms with this deal?
