For Microsoft, October has dependably been about the Surface line of hardware. Just a year ago, the company dazed the world by announcing the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book.

But as reported by ZDNet, Microsoft's October 26 will be more about Windows 10 and less about Surface hardware. The focus of the event is allegedly around Windows 10 Redstone 2 update and Microsoft is accounted to showcase other, third-party OEM products.

Microsoft is widely believed to announce its Surface All-in-One gadgets at this event. There are reports showing Microsoft's arrangement to declare another kind of Surface console and mouse at this event. With Intel's seventh-gen Core i processors hitting in laptops and notebooks, Microsoft would utilize the phase to exhibit related releases - particularly when PC deals are going down comprehensively.

One thing is certain - Microsoft won't be releasing another fitness band. There is no probability of Surface branded cell phone. Of late, Microsoft has taken extraordinary arrangements to unify Windows 10 crosswise over stages and brought out Project Centennial - which goes about as an extension of customary Windows program and Windows Store applications.

Microsoft now has two noteworthy software updates under Redstone 2, liable to be accessible one year from now. Microsoft may also showcase some cross stage gaming system tying Xbox more profound into Windows 10 at this event.

Moreover, Microsoft doesn't appear to be in a temperament to invigorate both the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book, which are equipped with Intel's new Kaby Lake processors.  As per The Verge, Microsoft won't revive existing Surface gadgets and will showcase OEM items.

The event certainly has a lot in store for everyone to look forward to, as it builds up anticipation just like every other Microsoft event.
