There were rumors circulating around the football world that the Manchester City is scouting on Juventus teen sensation Moise Kean. 

According to transfer correspondent Fabrizio Romano of the calciomercato.com, Manchester City have been tracking the performances of Kean in his games with Juventus.

Representatives are also paying close attention to Kean's performance in the UEFA Europa Youth League against Dinamo Zagreb.

"City could make the most of Kean's current contract negotiations with Juventus, who have yet to define his future," the report continued.

"His family wants him to sign, and agent Mino Raiola wants a deal that is appropriate for a player of his talent, and a strategy to develop him, which includes sending him on loan to a top division club," according to bleacher report.

The 16-year-old football star is compared to Liverpool striker Mario Batoletti in terms of his football prowess and physical attributes.

Standing at 1.82 m tall, he told the La Gazzetta dello Sport in an interview that his biggest strengths are his accurate shooting, pace and aerial ability. These extraordinary talents are clearly evident once you see him play. 

In his first 13 games for the Juve Under-17s this season, the youngster made an impressive 11 goals and has since moved up to their Under-19 squad. 

According to Football Gossip, Juventus have been in negotiation with Kean and his agent. But it says that Juventus is hesitating to give Kean a good deal given his young age. They are afraid of running the risk of media pressure on the 16-year-old football standout. They are also unwilling to pay the agent's commission of the youngster. 

Earlier this month, Moise Kean also drawn attention to Arsenal and Manchester United.
