Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." alum has landed a significant role in "Blindspot" Season 2. Aside from that, NBC has finally released the official plot description of Episode 4 "If Beth", while last week's third episode "Hero Fears Imminent Rot" is made available here for fans who have missed to watch it.

Luke Mitchell, 31-year-old Aussie actor and model, will play the role of Roman, according to Earn the Necklace.

Roman is one of the contacts of Jane Doe's (Jaimie Alexander). He also happens to be one of the operatives from Jane's past identity.

Luke Mitchell landed the role after his character, Lincoln Campbell, has been killed in the third season of the Marvel Comics TV series.

As for the official plot synopsis of Episode 4, Spoilers Guide notes, "Assassin at a museum gala. Nas Kamal (Archie Panjabi) and Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) navigate their new dynamic as co-leaders during the team's hunt for a museum gala assassin, who turns out to be harboring a dark secret; Jane starts to see a softer side of her old organization."

For a quick rundown of the third episode "Hero Fears Imminent Rot", Entertainment Weekly reported that Weller and the team rushed to stop the series of bombings that escalated in New York City.

Elsewhere, Jane was forced to go on an assassination mission alone to prove her loyalty, or else, suffer the consequences.

"Blindspot" Season 2 Episode 4 is entitled as "If Beth". The forthcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016, at 8:00 p.m. first and exclusive on NBC.
