It's been a while that many trade rumors are circling around the NBA. Iman Shumpert is a regular name on these trade talks.

Shumpert is in trade talks for a while involving teams like the Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies.

This is after his lackluster performance last season and being arrested for DUI charges just two weeks ago. This forces the Cavs to put him on the trading block and try to improve their roster at the same time.

According to Gospel Herald, Shumpert is being offered by the Cavs to the New York Knicks and the trade is predicted to be settled anytime now.

The report also said that the arrival of Shumpert will boost the morale of the Knicks backcourt particularly former MVP Derrick Rose. Rose was just traded this offseason to the Knicks and the tandem between him and Shumpert is a must see part this coming NBA season.

In January 2015, Shumpert and JR Smith was traded by the Knicks to the Cavs in exchange for some not notable players and draft picks. Now the Knicks are eager to get back Shumpert and try to advance in the playoffs. Earlier reports also say that Rose and Carmelo Anthony is happy to welcome Shumpert into their fold.

In a separate report of Parent Herald, the Knicks seems to be ignoring the cases of the Shumpert and willing to accept him. It also mentioned that same goes to Rose which the Bulls set free due to alleged sex assault. But then again, the Knicks welcomed him on their team.

Even though the trade is not yet final, it is exciting to see Shumpert teaming up with Carmelo Anthony, Derrick Rose, Kristaps Porzingis and Joakim Noah on the court.

Will the Cavaliers release Shumpert to the Knicks? What will King James say about this?
