According to the Milwaukee Bucks, the Greece prodigy Giannis Antetokounmpo agrees to a 4-year $100 million contract extension with the Milwaukee Bucks. A press conference was held earlier today to make the official signing. It was even broadcast live from the Milwaukee Bucks' Official Facebook page.

Chosen as the 15th overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, the versatile forward averaged 16.9 points, 7.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.4 blocks and 35.3 minutes per game last season. He improved his average in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, field goal percentage and minutes in each season that he has played in the NBA.

With the contract extension, the Bucks will probably be a good team. Last season, the Bucks didn't made the playoffs with a record of 33-49 finishing 12th in the Eastern Conference. But an NBA preview from Page2Sports predicted that Milwaukee Bucks will be a playoff team this coming NBA season.

The Milwaukee Bucks still has a great coach in Jason Kidd. They added several pieces on their roster like Matthew Dellavedova who is part of NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers. The other key additions are Jason Terry, Mirza Teletovic and Steve Novak. In the paint, there is Greg Monroe. Of course, Antetokounmpo will be the star of the team.

The Eastern Conference will surely be dominated by the NBA Champs Cleveland Cavaliers. The Boston Celtics and the Toronto Raptops will also be contenders in the East. The Chicago Bulls and the New York Knicks will surely be in the mix. But who knows? Maybe if Antetokounpo will maximize his potentials this coming NBA season, then maybe the Bucks will also be playoff bound given the fact that the talented young man will just turned 22 in December.

Antetokounpo showed vast improvement every season. Can he carry the Milwaukee Bucks into his shoulder this season and bring his team into the playoffs again?
