As NBA Trade Rumors learned that another potential trade proposal are being pushed thru between Cleveland Cavaliers and Sacramento Kings. Rumors have it that DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay are allegedly being tip to join the Cavaliers in exchange for former All-Star forward Kevin Love and forward/center Tristan Thompson.

The Cavs are always involved in trade rumors every now and then as they try to keep up with Golden State Warriors, which just signed Kevin Durant this summer thru free agency. It's no secret that the Cavs wanted to upgrade their roster for them to defend their title they won last season.

According to The Inquisitr, despite winning the NBA title last June, the Cavs are still worried that they won't be able to defend their reign and bring a back-to-back championship on their franchise. The report also said that the team are still open if a deal comes to trade Love and get a potential marquee player to improve their team.

Earlier reports also tell that Kevin Love is not fit to coach Tyronn Lue's system and his chemistry with LeBron James and Kyrie Irving is not clicking. Love is also not putting up impressive numbers during NBA Finals although coach Lue announced that they need Love in the future. Just recently he is involved in a trade rumor involving Miami Heat's Chris Bosh.

As for Cousins and Gay, they've been also in trade rumors for a while. Previous reports also revealed that Gay requested a trade last July to the Kings but apparently, the team didn't give in. As for Cousin, many believe that he is a good complement to LeBron James as compared to Love.

However, according to Parent Herald report, Cousin's attitude is a problem that hopefully Cav's could handle if this trade will move forward. His frankness towards the Kings roster and his discontented feeling with how the management run the team is well known to everyone.

If this trade proposal will proceed, it would be beneficial for both teams as they got the needed upgrade on their rosters as NBA regular season about to begin.
