The new rumors hitting the internet pertaining to Apple's launch indicated that iPad Mini 5 will likely to come in 2017.

Various sources earlier said that iPad Mini 5 is expected to launch in Apple's September event along with iPhone 7 and Watch Series 2. iPad Mini fans were excited for the launch but it did not happened. Instead, rumors suggested that the new successor of iPad Mini 4 will hit the tech market in 2017.

According to Christian Today, iPad Mini 5 is not to be expected in the event of Apple next month. The company is expected to launch the its newest Mac line including MacBook Pro, iMac, and an all-new 5K standalone display in October.

It is also reported that iPad Mini 5 is not yet planned by Apple. Research expert Ming Chi-Kuo - who made claims for the iPad Pro 2, the new 10.5-inch iPad Pro as well as Apple's iPad-related prospects for 2018 - did not mention any information related to iPad Mini 5.

According to Christian Post, it is reported that the Apple's iPad Mini 5 size is 9.7 inch with a new name iPad Mini Pro.

It is rumored to be powered with A9 processor with 12-core 7th gen PowerVR graphics, a 7.9" retina display, a random access memory of 3 Giga bytes along with 32 Giga bytes of internal storage expandable up to 256 Giga bytes, incorporated with a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a 5124 mAh battery likely to be used and equipped with 1.2 MP front camera and 8 MP rear camera.

It is expected to have a Series 7000 aluminum casing, which will make it thinner and lighter.
