Veteran actress Han Hyo-Joo is cast as female character along with model-turned-actor Lee Jong-Suk as a male lead character.

The drama revolved on the story of a cardiothoracic surgeon Oh Yeon-Joo, (Han) who is a resident doctor at a hospital. Her father, Oh Sung-Moo is a famous writer of a webtoon (manhwa) who is in process to end his 10-year long running webtoon entitled "W," hence the title of the drama.

One day her father suddenly disapper after trying to end the life of the character Kang Cheol (Lee) as the main fictional character in her father webtoon. Yeon-Joo found herself to be able to teleport back and forward into her father's webtoon and her adventure in the webtoon makes the story.

In the 13th episode, which was aired last week, Yeon-Joo was shot by the villain who is suspected to kill the entire family of Kang Cheol in the first episode. Kang Cheol appeared and he engaged in the shootout which ended up killing the villain. As reported by allkpop, Yeon Joo is taken to the hospital but she remains unconscious.

From here, the story will turn into a crazy development.

"W: Two Worlds" currently on top of the list of all TV ratings in Korea. Song Jae-Jeong, the writer is reported to have finished writing the script of the drama, according to Movie News Guide. Song is known as a writer whose story expands beyond reality and fantasy world. Her previous works are a time travel drama "Queen & I" and "Nine: Nine Time Travels" in 2013.

Previously, Lee was known for his role in drama "Pinocchio" in 2014 which gave him Baeksang award for the Most Popular Actor.

Lee is one of many model turned actors that fill the small screen with a good acting skills as praised byYonhap News Agency. He can show that his acting can match up the veteran actress Han.

"W: Two Worlds" has received many appreciation for its interesting storyline, intriguing plot, good casting and its blend with a lively animation. Solid audience rating of 12% has proven its popularity in Korea.
