Dashing in a flowy red pageant gown and complementing voluminous hair style, Sandara Park, better known as Dara, is at her most beautiful in the stills from the upcoming KBS drama "Missing Korea."

The singer turned actress plays the lead role of Li Yeon Hwa, an ordinary North Korean worker, Soompi reports.

Set in 2020, "Missing Korea" revolves around a series of amusing events that take place after a group of North Korean pageant aspirants gets mixed up with a pack of workers from the Kaesong Industrial Complex.

Li (Dara)  ends up representing North Korea at the 1st Unified Miss Korea Competition, held to promote further reunification efforts in Korea.

Dara will act alongside male lead Kim Jung Hoon.

The drama aired its pilot through Naver's TV Cast on Nov. 3. It premieres in KBS on Nov. 13.

Fans are amazed at Dara's transformation as she takes a break from her iconic, dark, out-of-this-world and futuristic visuals in 2NE1's music videos.
