Following a string of incredibly successful projects which gained her five nominations for the upcoming 2015 Korea Pop Culture Awards, Korean actress Jun Ji Hyun is set to rest after the awards night.

The ceremony - hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency - will be held on Oct. 29 at the National Theater of Korea in Jangchung-dong, Seoul. In its sixth year, the awards night commemorates the contribution of pop culture to the Korean society, Korea Times reports.

There are rumors that Jun might earn the presidential award for her lead role in the Korean blockbuster movie "Assassination" - her latest silver screen comeback.

Jun, a pretty face and a highly versatile actress, never fails to impress in her movies and dramas, which are almost all blockbusters and top-raters.

But now, it looks like the Hallyu star needs some time away from the lime light. Seven months pregnant, the 33-year old actress is expecting a baby boy. Jun married Choi Joon-hyuk in 2012, Kpop Herald reports.

Jun's projects includes the all-time highest grossing comedy "My Sassy Girl" (2001), "Il Mare" (2000), the drama "Windstruck" (2004), the record breaking stealth movie "The Thieves" (2012) and "The Berlin File"(2013).

She also starred in the TV series "My Love from the Star" (2013-2014) which became a hit across Asia and made Jun a household name across Asian countries.
