Will Anna and Elsa's relationship be in trouble in the upcoming Frozen 2? Since Idina Menzel's disturbing joke in a press conference saying Queen Elsa may fall off a cliff, sources cannot help but take it as a hint of the story's dark theme, the character's sad ending and a possible sibling rivalry in the sequel.

Anna is predicted to get jealous over Queen Elsa's power over the Kingdom of Arendelle in a way that she will take extreme measures to covet the crown. It was speculated that Princess Anna may even end up killing Olaf and may plot against her very own sister Elsa by pushing her off the cliff.

In this case, a rather weird plot twist is anticipated with the adorable and sweet Anna transforming into a villain who may destroy the kingdom. Her evil intentions, however, will be stopped by her love interest who will, in turn, become the new hero in the sequel.

In another report, it was also speculated that Anna may be an illegitimate child and that Arendelle may not just have two heirs but three, including Tarzan said to be Anna and Elsa's long-lost brother. The Tarzan theory assumed that Elsa and Anna's parents, who died in a shipwreck, had actually a child who survived in an island raised by wild animals. Tarzan may also play an important role in the story and may be a threat to the two princesses in the throne.

Gay activist's clamor to make Elsa become a lesbian in the sequel has also become viral in Twitter but then again, information on whether Disney has approved of this angle or not is scarce.

Despite speculations, Disney or any members of the cast have not released an official statement or the movie's release date. The only source of information that news hounds have been continuously referring to is Kristen Bell's hopeful statement to record soon.

"We haven't started recording, we're just waiting to get our hands on the script. They take a lot of time over there just to perfect it, and it has to go through a lot of development to make sure that it's exactly the story that needs to be told. I hope we start recording soon," she said in Jimmy Kimmel Live!
