If you polled NBA people on who the most disappointing team in the league was this season, many of them would say the Milwaukee Bucks without hesitation. The Bucks made the playoffs last season and gave the Bulls a very tough series in the first round but were nowhere close to the playoffs this season.

The astonishing thing about this year's Bucks team is that they are still growing, young and only added to last year's team. Jabari Parker missed most of last year due to an injury but was back this year while they signed Greg Monroe in free agency, yet it did not result in on-court success.

The Bucks organization has a lot of things to think about entering this offseason, and that includes the fate of their head coach Jason Kidd. Milwaukee stole Kidd away from the Brooklyn Nets before last season and expected him to grow as a coach with the young team. Kidd was given a lot of power and was considered a golden boy within the organization. After having some success in year one, though, year two has gone about as poorly as anyone could have expected, and Kidd may now be on shaky ground.

A report has a long list of things that the Bucks are not thrilled with regarding Kidd, and these things may affect his future with the franchise. Among the bothersome things to the organization is the fact that they view him as arrogant, and some don't believe that his heart is fully in coaching the team. There have always been talks about Kidd not wanting to be a head coach long-term and that he would move to the front office at some point to become the general manager, but that has apparently affected the way he is coaching in some people's eyes.

On top of those things, the Bucks weren't all that happy with Kidd having hip surgery in the middle of the season and missing a significant amount of time. They felt that he could have done it in the offseason instead of interrupting the team. Kidd is also still dealing with an ill-fated trade that he made at the deadline last year when he dealt Brandon Knight and got back Michael Carter-Williams. With all of those things together, it looks like what once seemed destined to be a long-term marriage between coach and team may be nearing an abrupt ending.

Of course, nothing is definitive with Kidd, and there really hasn't even been much talk about him being fired, but at the very least, it seems like his job security isn't as high as once thought. This report makes this offseason a huge one for Kidd, and even though the Bucks are loaded with talent, they may have to do something drastic to ensure that they start off next year playing well, or Kidd may be out of a job.
