It's down to four girls on season 20 of ABC's hit dating competition reality TV series "The Bachelor," and each of the ladies are taking bachelor Ben Higgins home to meet their parents. But in an exclusive sneak peek of the Monday night episode obtained by Entertainment Weekly, bachelorette JoJo receives a letter from her ex-boyfriend, and it could ruin her chances with Higgins.

JoJo is a 24-year-old real estate developer from Dallas, according her ABC cast bio. She's one of the four lucky ladies who get to spend one-on-one time with Higgins in their hometowns so he can get to know them more before making his big decision.

"Ben is so cute and so nice, and I'm really excited to see him and show him what my life is like," JoJo says in her on-camera interview. "Ben is so important to me, and he is everything that I've been looking for."

In the clip, she arrives at her home first to find a bouquet of red roses and a letter waiting for her, and she immediately assumes the surprise is from Higgins.

"Oh my gosh," JoJo says as she opens the letter, expecting to read a note from Higgins. But she quickly realizes it's not who she thinks it's from.

"Wait, this letter's not from Ben," she says. "It's from my ex."

"I'm so mad," JoJo says, crying with her head in her hands. A few moments later, Higgins knocks on her front door.

"Hey, you alright?" Higgins asks as he walks in the door.

"Yeah," she says, sighing and forcing a smile. "Welcome to Dallas!"

"What is happening?" Higgins asks in his on-camera interview. "This is supposed to be a happy day, and she looks like she's crying. Something's going on."
