It's down to six contestants on the hit ABC dating competition reality series "The Bachelor," and emotions are running high as the ladies are falling more and more for Ben Higgins. In a sneak peek for the Monday episode, contestant Becca opens up about her fear of getting hurt during her one-on-one date with Higgins.

During their date, Higgins and Becca sit on a bale of hay out in the sun surrounded by nature, facing each other as Becca voices her frustration. At this point in the competition, she feels that she and Higgins share good conversations and have a great time together, but she fears that their connection isn't as deep as the ones Higgins has with the other five women.

"I just like you so much it freaks me out ," Becca admits to Higgins in the clip.

"If that's how you feel, then why are you scared?" Higgins asks.

"Because it's scary to not have the same words said back," Becca replies. "At the very least, I deserve someone who wants me and wants to be with me. So if it's not that way for you - I mean, it'd be really hard - but at the very least I deserve that."

Becca is a second-time "Bachelor" contestant, and she was runner-up during Chris Soules' season. In her on-camera interview, she explains that although it may seem like she's confident on the outside, she's still apprehensive about falling for Higgins.

"I think everyone assumes I haven't been insecure or worried at all just because I haven't cried or have this emotional breakdown," Becca tells the cameras. "Are you kidding me? I've been so stressed out and insecure and doubting things because I like ben so much and I'm scared."
