It hasn't even been two months since "The Taco Cleanse: The Tortilla-Based Diet Proven To Chance Your Life" cookbook was released, and it's already become the most popular diet fad of 2016 and is quickly taking the world by storm. I mean, who wouldn't want to eat nothing but tacos for a whole month and lose weight in the process? Even health nut Jennifer Aniston is completely intrigued by the process.

The 46-year old "Friends" star explained during an interview with Yahoo! Food how the second she heard about the concept, she was just as hooked on the thought as the rest of the world.

"I'm riveted," she said. "I can see that being something."

While she was interested, she did have some thoughts on the health aspect of it. "Isn't the corn tortilla, like, not that good for you?" she asked. "And what about the cheese?"

But these questions didn't stop her from wanting to take part in the fad. "I already ordered the book on Amazon!" she confessed.

In the cookbook, the four self-proclaimed "taco scientists" claim that they lost weight after eating nothing but tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 30 days in a row based on the completely vegan recipes in the book, according to Us Weekly. Aniston must have acted fast, though, because the book is now sold out on Amazon.

It does not claim to promote weight loss, even though the four authors and "taco scientists" did lose weight during their journeys, but it does cite many other "positive physical effects."

Aniston, who has always remained in amazing shape, revealed last June her workout routine to the world and even said that she was working on a cookbook of her own, as HNGN previously reported. She did not give away too many details on the cookbook but did say that she wanted to help people struggling with dieting.
