It's pretty obvious that Jennifer Aniston is in amazing shape. She is a health and fitness fanatic, and now she wants to share her lifestyle with the world.

The 45-year-old "Friends" actress has revealed to Yahoo! Beauty how she's learned to love herself and also what she does to stay in shape and keep her skin and body fresh.

"Maybe because ignorance is bliss, but I don't feel much different than I felt in my 20's," she admitted. "Except I feel physically better. I almost love myself more. The most beautiful thing that reflects out is inner confidence and inner sort of love."

She feels physically better because of how seriously she takes her fitness, and she swears by sticking to the basics.

"Usually, my love is running," she explained. "I like to do a good trifecta, where I do bike for 15 minutes, elliptical for 15, and then I run for 15. On the elliptical I kind of do sprints for 90 seconds, take it back to a jog for 30 seconds, and do intervals for the last minutes. Then I mix a day of yoga."

In her most recent role in "Cake," Ansiton went completely makeup-free for the entire movie, and she looked incredible.

"It was fabulous to not wear a lick of anything. At first, I was, of course, a little terrified to be out on the streets," she revealed. "But it felt so amazing."

She has her Mom to thank for her beautiful skin. She always taught Aniston from a young age to "moisturize and wash your face every night, drink lots of water." 

Aniston then went on to talk about her hair care line Living Proof, and Yahoo's Bobbi Brown asked if there's anything else she's currently working on.

"I would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting," she said. "I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious."

When asked if there's a possible cookbook, she admitted that she's "working on it."

It has not been revealed when the cookbook will be released, but there's a good chance it'll include some healthier cocktails, considering her love for tequila.
