"The Ellen DeGeneres Show" celebrated a major milestone with help from two of the show's oldest friends, Justin Timberlake and Jennifer Aniston. The two stars helped DeGeneres celebrate the incredible feat of airing 2,000 episodes over the course of 13 seasons.

"It is our 2,000th show today! That's right. Congratulations to me, huh?" DeGeneres said during her monologue. "Well, it's hard to believe it's our 2,000th show. It feels like just yesterday I walked out here excited to start this show, all bright eyed and bushy tailed... I'll tell you something, if someone had told me I was gonna make 2,000 shows, first of all, I would've asked for a lot more money, but...I would have said, 'You're crazy.' Two thousand is a lot."

DeGeneres had no idea who the special guests were that were to show up on the show, but she was pleasantly surprised when Aniston first walked out on stage. Aniston, who was the first guest ever on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" when it debuted in 2003, told the daytime talk show host, "I think it's time to bring sexy back." Out walked Timberlake, who appeared on the "Finding Dory" star's second episode.

"You're two of my favorite people," DeGeneres said to Aniston and Timberlake.

Both Timberlake and Aniston were surprised at the fact that they managed to keep their appearance from DeGeneres a secret and celebrated the occasion with a shot of Tequila.

While DeGeneres was shocked by the appearance of Aniston, Timberlake and later "Scandal" star Kerry Washington, the comedian was very surprised by the appearance of the president and CCO of Warner Bros. Television Group, Peter Roth, who announced that for only the fourth time in the studio's history, a stage was being renamed in order to honor DeGeneres.

"I officially dedicate Stage 1, which forever more will be now known as The Ellen Stage," Roth said as he presented a teary-eyed DeGeneres with a plaque.

Congratulations to Ellen!
