Justin Bieber fans were not the only people waiting in the rain when Bieber performed on the "Today" show in September - "Saturday Night Live" cast member Kyle Mooney was there as well. In a sketch that was originally meant to air in October but got cut for time, according to Rolling Stone, Mooney interviewed some of Bieber's biggest fans as they waited in line for his performance.

"He's the handsome devil who came down from heaven to make some great songs and dance forever. He's Justin Bieber and rain or shine, we're ready to see what the number one star that ever was, he's Justin....Bieber!" Mooney said at the beginning of the video.

In the video, Mooney asks the girls a series of very uncomfortable and awkward man-on-the-street type questions, talks with a dad whom Mooney declared Bieber's biggest fan and mistakes a random blond skateboarder wearing a hat for Bieber.

The Beliebers (Bieber's fans) waited hours in the rain for the Canadian pop star to come out. At one point Mooney forced the soaked fans to repeat "four hours in the rain," nearly a dozen times.

"Saturday Night Live" returns on Jan. 16 at 11:30 p.m. EST with "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" star Adam Driver as host, reported Entertainment Weekly.
