Tina Fey was one of the most powerful people at "Saturday Night Live" during her tenure there as head writer, but one cast member had the nerve to call her a c--t. In anticipation of her upcoming film "Sisters," Fey revealed to Howard Stern that Colin Quinn once called her the word on her answering machine.

Fey was head writer at "Saturday Night Live" for about six years, and admitted after some probing from Stern that it was indeed Quinn, who was also once a Weekend Update anchor.

"I was trying to help him with a show that he was working on," she explained. "I think his anxiety about the writing of the show spilled over because it was very random. I was like 'What?' He left me a message and he said that...I couldn't even guess why. Usually if someone calls you that, you're like, 'I know what I did.'"

"I asked Colin to be on 30 Rock like three times after [he called me that], and he turned me down every time," Fey continued. "I saw him on 'Girls' after that, and I'm like, 'He's dead to me!'"

The animosity between the two "Saturday Night Live" alumni was finally squashed last year at the "SNL 40th Anniversary Special" and even praised his work in this summer's hit movie "Trainwreck."

"Sisters" comes out in theatres this Friday.
