Actress Pauley Perrette plays one of the nicest characters on television as Abby Sciuto, the forensic analyst on the hit CBS show "NCIS". However, she might not be so nice in real life, according to a story by the New York Post.

Perrette’s ex-husband, Francs "Coyote" Shivers, said Perette is trying to frame him and put him in jail. Perette has a restraining order against Shivers. He is in danger of going to jail for violating that restrainer order.

Shivers is not the only person accusing Perette of being harsh towards her ex-husband.

“She’s extremely extroverted, extremely intelligent and charming — but she’s wicked,” said Jason Fishbein, a self-proclaimed former close friend of the actress, according to the Post.

In court documents, Fishbein said Perrette “possibly uses restraining orders as a method of harassment.” In another document former friend Lisa Lynch said Perrette “has a history of vindictive behavior” toward exes.

Lynch also mentioned that Perrette spent time in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a psych ward in Los Angeles.

“I recall her stealing the cat of her ex-boyfriend . . . then when he wanted to take her to court about this, [she] filled out the paperwork for a restraining order in retaliation,” she said according to the Post.

Perrette filed a restraining order against Shivers in 2005. She said that emails that Shivers sent scared her, and did not feel safe with him.

According to the Post, Shivers claimed Perrette is attempting to live out a screenplay she wrote titled “Star Crazy.” Within the screenplay is a procedure for getting revenge. The steps are “stalk him,” “schmooze police” and “get restraining order.”

“For years, I’ve been saying that this was going to happen,” Shivers said according to the post. “And, finally, it has.”

Shivers’ sentencing is Wednesday. He could serve as much as a year in prison.
