In the new trailer for the upcoming season six of Lifetime's "Dance Moms," Abby Lee Miller deals with legal issues stemming from her recent 20-count indictment on fraud charges as she tries to run her Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) Los Angeles dance studio, inspire her young dancers to win competitions and keep peace with their moms.

"Do you have any more passion or any more desire? There's a lot further for you to go," Miller tells her troupe in a pep talk. "All of you, it's time to get a little hungrier for that win."

Her speech plays over clips of her teen dancers performing on various stages, including "Dance Moms" breakout star Maddie Ziegler. Miller's newest dance troupe, comprised of "minis," also makes an appearance in the clip.

Dancer Brynn Rumfallo returns to the junior competition team, but veteran mom Jill Vertes doesn't approve.

"Are you kidding me? You never trained that kid," Vertes yells at Miller. "You never taught her a God damn thing!"

Another mom pushes a camera out of her face as she storms out of the ALDC studio with her daughter, and Ziegler's mom Melissa Gisoni threatens to punch someone in the face.

Cameras also capture Miller's response to her indictment. If convicted on fraud charges, Miller could face up to five years in prison, as HNGN previously reported.

"My hair is in rollers, I don't have a bra on and I have huge legal issues going on," Miller says in a phone conversation in the sneak peek. "I'm finished."

"She doesn't want to mess with me right now," Gisoni says to the cameras. "I know so much stuff."
