Kim Kardashian went through two painful and high-risk pregnancies with her two children North and Saint, and now doctors are warning her and her husband Kanye West that having any more children might not be a good idea health-wise.

When Kardashian, 35, was pregnant with her daughter North two years ago, she struggled with a serious condition called preeclampsia, which forced her to go into induced labor early at 34 weeks, as she wrote on her website. When North was born, the placenta stayed attached inside Kardashian's uterus, which is a high-risk condition called placenta accrete that made it extremely hard for her to get pregnant the second time around.

Earlier this year, she and West, 38, finally announced that they were able to conceive again, but she knew that with this would also come the same health issues. Her risk of having preeclampsia and placenta acreeta were increased, and when she did give birth to her son Saint just two weeks ago, she suffered complications again and called the birth the "most painful experience ever," TMZ reported at the time. Now, because of the health problems, it's likely Saint will be the last child for the couple, even though they have already admitted to wanting more children.

"It's unlikely she'll ever carry another baby," a source told Us Weekly, adding that if they wanted to have another child, it would most likely have to be via surrogate.

Doctors have even warned Kardashian that another pregnancy would be very dangerous, according to TMZ. The doctors said that if she were to get pregnant again, there's almost a guarantee she'd get accreta, which would put her and her baby's lives at risk. Sources close to the family also said that Kim is scared of going through another painful birth, and that is helping to make their decision easier.
