As the star is currently receiving treatment in a psychiatric facility, Amanda Bynes is unable to receive her custom-made rose gold and pink diamond grill, created by jeweler Ben Baller, who has made a number of pieces for famous faces, Buzzfeed reports.

Baller recently posted a photo of the grill, which cost $10,000 to create, on Instagram, asking his followers whether or not they think he should auction them off to charity. His question is a valid one, as Bynes is reportedly set to remain under psychiatric care of the state of California for at least a year, as her unspecified diagnosis is allegedly complex.

The jeweler wrote on Instagram that he "tried for months" to get the grill delivered, but to no avail.

Before Bynes was placed on a 5150 hold this summer, some claimed that the actress was trying to start up a career in hip-hop and working on records under the stage name "A.B." Wacka Flocka Flame told TMZ back in June that he and Bynes were working together on a single called "Shots" that he predicted would "kill the game."

Bynes never publically spoke of her music career, and denied allegations that she had been signed to Chinga Changa Records, even though the CEO of the label had reported she was fully committed.

Currently, the 27-year-old star is being treated at a Malibu rehab facility that specializes in mental health treatment after being moved from UCLA Medical Center. Her mother, Lynn, has asked that fans and the media respect their family during this difficult time and not "leak" any further information about her daughter.

"I would really like everyone out there to know that almost 99 percent of the things written about my daughter in various media outlets are false or misleading," Lynn told People magazine earlier this month. "Unless it's a statement issued by our family attorney, Tamar Arminak, please take everything you read about Amanda with a grain of salt."
