Kaley Cuoco's estranged husband Ryan Sweeting has requested spousal support from "The Big Bang Theory" actress, according to People. The professional tennis player also requested that the grant of spousal support to Cuoco be terminated.

The couple announced their divorce last month after only being married for less than two years. Everything seemed good between the couple when the attended their last public event together on Sept. 10, but Sweeting was apparently abusing alcohol and prescription pills. Cuoco could not take it any longer and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup in her divorce filing.

"She supported him, but she said he couldn't make the commitment to get sober. He'd tell her he was working on it, and instead go get wasted," an insider previously told Us Weekly.

The couple surprised friends and family after three months of dating with a fire-and-ice-themed wedding on New Year's Eve in 2013.

"Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage," Cuoco's rep said in late September. "They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter."

Cuoco shares the title of highest-paid actress on TV with "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara. "The Big Bang Theory" star makes a reported $1 million per episode and has a huge endorsement deal with Priceline.com.
