Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting's divorce may happen sooner than expected thanks to the prenuptial agreement the former couple signed prior to tying the knot, reported TMZ. The "Big Bang Theory" actress and the tennis pro recently announced their divorce, just a few months shy of their two-year anniversary.

Cuoco filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court Friday and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason, according to CBS News. The paperwork released Monday revealed that the couple, separated since early September, will look at the November 2013 prenuptial agreement to determine the amount of spousal support Cuoco will owe Sweeting. The prenup will also help decide how they will divide their assets.

Cuoco's representative released a statement regarding the actress' divorce shortly after it was announced.

"Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage," the rep told E! News. "They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter."

The actress spent the weekend after her divorce announcement posting to her Instagram page, sharing photos from a horse-jumping competition she participated in at the Flintridge Autumn Classic in La Cañada Flintridge, Calif., according to E! News.

Cuoco posted a photo of herself kissing her horse, Netty Pie, on the nose right before she completed her first Grand Prix, the highest level of horse-jumping.
